It definitely isn't going to go under, as it steadily head its value in a hard hit market.

Rowlett: With a population of a little over 60,000, Rowlett city in Dallas County has actually grown in the last five years by 20.6%. The area is quite and peaceful with a community atmosphere that is so well known in the Dallas area. The city offers both public and private schools with the closet university being in Mesquite about 9miles away. Crime in this city is considerably less than that of other US cities with a crime index of 141.8. The area is calm and peaceful with relaxing streets with fully mature trees and a crime rate that is below most US cities at 140.1. University Park is one of the smallest cities in Dallas County, however it is constantly growing.
