Not all of the things that are claimed about the health benefits of omega 3 have been thoroughly tested and proven scientifically. But it is clear that it is a vital component of our diet.You should consult your physician about the best way to include it in your diet whilst pregnant. A lot more research needs to done in order to prove some of the claims about omega 3.

But it is clear that we are so hot at regulating our food consumption or there wouldn't be so many of us overweight.
