The pleasant and the tasty dishes are rustled up in each and every corner of India. Though the traditional recipes scores high, new experiments with the food is common even today. The Indian cuisines contain an array of delicacies that contain both spicy and hot and healthy foods. In the sub continent there are also amazing vast ranges of desserts available. The Indian cuisines are added up with a lot of varieties by the influence of the cultures.

India is known over the globe for its tasty and the pleasant food. It is known as the home of spices around the world. The country accounts for about 45% in the exports of the global spice. Spices are the important commercial crops in India from both the export and the domestic consumption point of view. The foods become tasty by adding spices.

South India has the states Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, all have the humid and hot climate and all the states are in coastal area. As the rainfall is plentiful their will be supply of fresh vegetables, fruits and rice. Hot Andhra cuisine is produced by Andhra Pradesh that is mostly vegetarian and also has a wide range of seafood in the coastal areas. Hyderabad which is the home of Nizams and their food is very rich and flavorful with all the tastes from the sour to spicy to sweet. The food of Hyderabad has full of nuts, exotic and dried fruits, expensive spices such as saffron.

Among all the styles of food south Indian foods are the hottest. It is mainly rice based. The food of the south India is a brilliant blending of the colors, taste, nutritional balance, seasoning, savor, aroma and visual appeal.

Any one who wanted to taste Indian food can make the dishes by themselves without any difficulty by having proper instructions.
