Do you find you frequently feel cold a lot? If so then there are several reasons for this, although I'll describe the 3 most common ones and some basic tips for how you can start to feel warm again. If you've suffered from cold hands, feet or just an overall feeling of the chills that never goes away then you'll need to seriously consider these points.

The 3 Most Common Causes for Chronically Feeling Cold

#1 - Low Iron: This can easily be tested for, although from what I've learned tests can be mis-leading quite often, even iron tests. Since what might be normal for one person might not be normal for another. To get deeper into you then have the fact that a reading might be normal or appear so but a deeper health condition such as a chronic low level infection such as a Candida infection may be causing iron to not be properly utilized by the body.

#2 - Thyroid Problems: Hypothyroidism is a condition much more common in women than men. It involves a state of poor thyroid function where-by things don't quite work right. Cold hands, feet and an overall inability for the body to properly maintain temperature is commonly seen amongst other symptoms such as great difficulty in losing weight. It's ideal for most women to use an iodine supplement such as Iodoral when this is their most significant problem. In the meantime start eating high iodine containing foods such as seaweeds.

#3 - Poor Circulation: Put simply some people suffer from poor circulation the cause of which can be many things such as low blood pressure or weakened adrenal function. Many people who suffer from weak circulation often have low level infections in their bodies. A good solution to which is performing a good general cleanse and taking an anti-fungal and probiotic routinely to ensure your body isn't being weakened by anything. For general circulation the use of hawthorn and cayenne cannot be beat. Use organic raw powders, they're the most effective forms and in-expensive.

The #1 Underlying Cause for Poor Circulation

As mentioned low level infections can often wear you down and negatively affect circulation. This isn't only affected directly, but the chronic widespread infection known as Candida will cause thyroid dysfunction, poor circulation, weakened adrenals, block iron absorption amongst many other symptoms such as digestive problems, causing a mental fog and fatigue. If these symptoms sound familiar it would be in your best interest to determine quickly if Candida is a cause for your current health problems.
