Life coaching is a lucrative career even in this current economic condition. Remember that the services you are offering will help people improve their lives. How to charge more for coaching is a matter of good business presentation.

Now, more than any time, people are looking for their money's worth. Emphasizing on the value of your services is the key on how to charge more for coaching. Focus on the results you have produced for your clients. This is especially useful for previous clients. You need to make them realize that you are increasing your fee for a reason beneficial to them.

Create a genuinely valuable coaching program. If you can present a realistic program that could benefit them in the shortest time possible, this will justify your professional fee. Knowing that you have worked hard in creating a valuable coaching program will give you the confidence to ask for a higher rate. Avoid comparing your rate to others in your field of expertise. If you think about it, this is a common practice among competitors. The tendency is to undercharge to get more clients. You will end up undercharging, too, if you go this route. Charge what you feel is appropriate and what you feel confident about.
