Finding a profitable land in the city has become like searching a needle in a haystack. It is almost next to impossible. You are buying land to build something else. If you intend to develop the land you have bought into something commercial or industrial, it should be in a place that has tax concessions and easy labour can be hired. In the city, the costs of everything go up. More and more companies are going rural because land comes cheap in rural areas and labour too.
Buying rural land and developing it into a commercially viable place may take a lot of effort but a bit of dedication and effort will get you the desired results.
