A water feature in a any form is stress-reducing. Professionals of all kinds often demonstrate this benefit to their valued clients by installing water features in their offices, corridors, or lunchrooms. You can also install a water feature in your home in the form of a small or large indoor fountain, or enjoy the relaxing sight and sound of a water feature in your back yard.

Buyers want to be able to picture themselves living in your home, and if they can't they won't buy. Purchasing a home is an emotional decision as much as a practical one.
