Reason #4: This is the one to be careful with. If an unfamiliar number appears on the cell or land line of your partner and he or she seems evasive, tread carefully. Is it legal? Yes. Are these numbers listed in the White Pages or Yellow Pages. Is it free? No. But it is normally about the price of a movie ticket and the report is available in seconds.
