Canker Sores - How to Stop Them Fast

Having a canker sore in your mouth can be very annoying and discomforting thing, especially if it's a big one. These mouth ulcers can occur at any time and to anyone. They normally last anywhere between a few days to sometimes two weeks. Let's look at some reasons why canker sores develop.

You can use a grinder if you want but if you don't mind you can just use the leaves as is. Next, chew on the needs for about 15 minutes before spitting it out and rinsing your mouth. You will want to do this about 3 to 4 times a day for maximum effect.

Another well-known holistic treatment for canker sores that you can try, is sodium bicarbonate. Mix some of the sodium bicarbonate with a little water and gargle. Simple as that. You may also wish to try applying some peppermint oil onto the canker sores to help ease the pain. Continue with this treatment for a couple of days and you should notice a huge improvement to your condition.

Mouth ulcers do not indicate that you are in ill health so do not worry, it is indeed quite common. Just make sure you have plenty of fruit daily, and drink lots of water. These ulcers are also not contagious, so you can't catch them from kissing.
