I don't know if you've noticed, but a lot of people are claiming that you'll be able to catch a cheating spouse by using reverse phone technology on the Internet. It seems like everywhere you turn in cyber space, someone is spouting that rubbish. Anyway, I'm here to give you the cold hard truth... and I don't think you're going to like it!

You can't actually catch a cheating spouse by using reverse phone technology. There I said it. In fact you shouldn't be using this sort of technology to try and catch your spouse out. Unless your relationship means nothing to you. But if you want to play dirty then you can use this sort of technology to reveal more information about certain cell phones owners.

Let's say your spouse is spending a lot of time talking to someone on their cell phone. You can note down that number and run it through a phone lookup service. That service will then tell you the full name and address of that phone owner. So, even if it does come back with suspicious results, that still doesn't give you proof of your spouse cheating.

They may or may not be cheating. But you'll never know that, unless you catch them in the act or they tell you in person. Reversing someone's cell phone number isn't going to reveal if a spouse is cheating or not. It will reveal who they've been speaking to, but what kind of proof is that?

If you still have suspicions about your spouse cheating after you've performed a reverse lookup on a phone number, then you still have to confront them about it.
