"Runtime errors" is a term used to describe all errors one receives when an there is a problem on the computer. Each error is assigned an identifying number and (vague) description that can help the experts locate the root cause of the error. Mostly, these errors are cryptic and incomprehensible (unless you are an expert of course). You can look each error up online and you may even find some solutions for the error. However, this may take a long time. Here we propose a simpler solution that does not involve manual corrections of errors. Instead, we propose that you use a type of program called registry cleaner.
But before we discuss the cleaning process, we have to understand what is a registry and how does it relate to computer errors. You can think of the registry as a large collection of instructions for your computer on how to open and run applications. Every program you have on your computer has several files associated with it in the registry. As time goes by the registry becomes crowded with files, since no files are ever deleted from the registry, they simply take up disc space. If you ever had a virus attack on your computer, or any tracking cookies, traces of them are likely to stay in your registry. Normal virus scan is not designed to remove these traces, and therefore registry cleaning is essential to every Windows machine.
Registry cleaners are a lot like virus scan in that they scan your computer with minimal intervention on your part, locate the problems, and remove them for you. You will see the benefits almost immediately. Your computer will function more smoothly and you will receive less runtime errors.
When purchasing a cleaner, you will want to research your options carefully since registry cleaning is a delicate business and if an important file is erased- your computer will be damaged. Some things to consider include easy to use interface, user ratings, and professional reviews and so on. A good place to start your research is the registry review website.
In sum, runtime errors can be avoided by periodically cleaning the Windows registry.
