Cam Gigandet Exercise Routine

Who wouldn't want to have a lean, sexy body like Cam Gigandet? With this workout routine you get a body just like his. Let me show you how.

Cam incorporates a lot of body weight training into his workouts, as well as some weight lifting. His nutrition is where the key lies to his ripped abs (8 pack) and lean physique.

To be this ripped, no amount of working out will get you these results if you ignore your nutrition, but more about that at the bottom. Here is a sample of a Cam Gigandet Workout Routiine:

  • Burpees: 3 x 20
  • Pull ups: 3 x till failure
  • Incline press ups: 3 x 20
  • Plank: 3 x 1 minute hold
  • Wall Sit: 3 x 1 minute hold
  • Jumping jacks: 3 x 100
  • Clean and press with light weight: 3 x 20

You would go through this workout once, have a minute rest and start again. Most of his training is based around intense weight lifting that is also a cardio workout to achieve a lean physique with not a huge amount of muscle mass.

A diet high in protein, carbs and a small amount of good unsaturated fats will bring a body like this within your grasp. Just remember that even though Cam is a celebrity and can afford the best personal trainer etc, he still has to actually put the hard work in to get his results.
