Glad you asked! In simple words, NO because the plan raises your metabolic rate enough all by itself. However, there is no loss in doing some simple workout routines along with the plan especially if you want a fully toned body because losing weight alone does not tone your body. But don't worry as there is no strict exercise routine with the plan. (Awesome, just what I wanted!)

HOW MUCH I CAN LOSE?
Honestly telling, the metabolic rate increases slowly and gradually, and therefore the results will start to show up after one week at least. You should lose a maximum of 9 pounds in 11 days because anything above this can be really unhealthy. Personally, two weeks after starting I lost nearly seven pounds and after that lost 6 pounds in 11 days at an average but that was because I already had lost a lot of weight. Nevertheless, I am confident you will have better results than this!

WHAT ABOUT THE DIET MENU?
You do not have to worry at all as you do not have to eat irritating food or plain vegetables all day. There is a big variety of foods and overall it is a very normal diet. And as a result, following the diet is very easy!
