Anxiety and Panic Attacks Are Like A Prison
Anxiety and anxiety attacks are just about the worst things I've ever experienced in my life. The feelings of unreality, the feelings of lack of control, the feelings of going crazy...horrifying! To somebody that has never experienced these things it might seem absurd, but if you know what I'm talking about then you know that it can be a living hell.
Ok, you're thinking, let's get to it... what really causes anxiety and how do I calm my anxiety down?
Anxiety Therapy In 3 Steps
1. Excessive use of alcohol often contributes to anxiety attacks as well as excessive caffeine use. So please cut back on these. That is step one. Try switching from coffee to green tea, and drinking water with alcohol.
2. My personal diet has easily gone from average to fruits and veggies and lean protein. Protein is great for your brain because it builds the chemicals that keep you calm and focused. Fruits and vegetables alkalize your body, which keeps your nerves calm. You're body needs minerals like magnesium and vitamins like the B vitamins to manufacture neurotransmitters in your brain, if it can't produce them you get anxiety and also depression. That's step two.
3. Step three is a nice moderate walking exercise regimen that anyone can do, I"m talking about regular paced walking 3 times a week for around 30 minutes. Any one can do this and it works!
Warning: Even those these methods and therapies are extremely powerful, you'll likely fail in your effort to control your anxiety and panic attacks until you take this one final step.
