Build Up Stamina Quickly

The big misconception that most people have is that stamina should take months upon months to build up. Yeah that’s true, if your training regimen sucks! Not to mention the fact that most people don’t even stick to their “sucky” training regimen long enough to see results. They train off and on. So not only does their training regimen suck, but they also can’t even stick to it. The result: They ain’t seeing no results anytime soon! They will continue to run out of breathe quickly. And they’ll soon give up and go back to sitting on the couch all day.

In order to build up your stamina quickly and see results within a reasonable time, you have to:

Do some research. Find out which exercises are the best for building up stamina and which ones aren’t. Search the internet for the most time-efficient, less-stressful exercises that you can possibly do. This will make it impossible for you to give up because sticking to it won’t be as hard.

Make a plan. Write down each and every exercise on a piece of paper. Which ones you’ll do on certain days. And which time of the day you’ll do them. Writing your training regimen down on paper makes it much easier to follow, rather than trying to just “remember” them.

Take Action. Just start doing the exercises. Don’t make your plan effective as of the first day of the week (Monday). Start immediately so you’ll keep your momentum going. And when Monday finally does come, you won’t be starting out, you will already be used to it and ready to start right away.
