Bodybuilding Without Exercise Equipment - Why You Don't Need to Own a Gym to Get in Shape
Print This Article Ezine Publisher Send To Friends Add To Favorites Post A Comment Suggest Topic Report Author

Want to get in great shape, but don't have hundreds of dollars to blow on exercise equipment? Don't worry, there are tons of ways to build your body that you can do in or around the house!

Start with a bunch of Squat Thrusts:
Get your heart rate up, exercise a bunch of muscle groups, what more could anyone ask for? Start from a standing position, hands behind your back, with your shoulders back. Quickly go to a squat position, touching the ground with your hands. Thrust your legs back and go into a push-up position, then return to the squat position. Finally, return to standing, hands behind the back.

This should be done as quickly as possible for best effect. More on why at the bottom.

Push-ups and Sit-ups are Great!
While they don't get your heart going quite so fast, they're great exercises to help tone your body. Looking for chest and ab muscles? This is the way to go!

Spot Toning Doesn't Actually Work
Well, to an extent. You can build muscles in certain areas with specific exercises, but when it comes to actually showing those muscles (such as stomach muscles), you need to get your metabolism going in order to burn calories. To repeat: when you get your heart rate up, your get your metabolism going. Get your metabolism going, and you burn more calories. Burn calories, and you burn fat.

There are a ton of diets and fads out there that tell you to cut certain things from your diet, or make drastic changes in your lifestyle. You don't have to do that to get in shape, you just need to remember the principle of how fat is created and burned!

Want to learn how to get yourself in great shape with a minimum of effort? Wouldn't it be great to know the tricks to getting a great body as quickly as possible? With Beyond Six Pack Abs you learn just that! Sign up right now and you'll have made the first (and biggest) step towards getting that rock-solid body you've always wanted!
