When deciding upon one of the many different types of body building programs you want to make sure you're making an educated decision. For you see, I myself have gone through many different programs that are out there and many of these times it really was to no avail. I'd like to tell you about some of the things that I noticed and commonly came across within many different body building programs that either stunted or shortly halted my progress.

You see, first of all I would have to say most body building programs out there are simply the same stuff that is common knowledge rehashed, over and over again. This is probably most commonly occurring theme. Yes, we already know protein is vital in muscle building. Yes, we already know you need to have breaks between your workouts and take day(s) off. Then of course, we have probably the second most common occurrence which would also have to be probably the worst of them, and that is body building programs which just simply do not work. Oh, and believe me they are out there and some of them may even be ones that you would recognize as some of the biggest "names" in body building.

I would have to say lastly one of the most common occurring themes is coming across and purchasing a program which perhaps does work, but not for you. What I mean is that different people have different body types, different genes, different metabolism, etc. And what may work for you, may not work for someone else and vice versa. Each person is an individual when it comes to body building programs. So, instead of asking "Which is the best program out there?" You may want to rephrase that and ask, "Which of the programs out there is best for me?" This is probably one of the most important things to find a program that is geared towards you.

Now, I may or may not be able to be of some assistance to you. I don't know you dear reader nor am I aware of your personal situation in the body building department. However, I can tell you what my situation once was and tell you what had worked for me. Back before I attained the body that I had once only dreamed about(not quite there yet, but almost) I was a frustrated young 26 year old man standing tall at 6'1 and weighing a measly 135 pounds. Yeah, sort of pathetic-I know. So me personally, I was always a hardgainer, someone who it seemed no matter what I ate or drank I couldn't gain any weight, let alone muscle mass. So if you're a chubbly-wubly, read no further as the program I'm going to mention is specifically for my type, if you're also a skinny hardgainer- then read on.

So, in the interest of avoiding some horrible flashbacks of wasted money and more importantly wasted time on some of the most useless body building programs in existence, I'll keep this brief. I wont go through many details but I will say I went through probably about 4-5 different programs and achieved little to no success. Then it seemed just as I was going to give up and go tell mom and dad how much I disapproved of the genes they left me with, I came across "No Nonsense Muscle Building Program." At first I was a bit skeptical and I tried to tell myself not to do it, but to be honest I think I was just suckered in by the sales page. When you see it, you'll understand what I'm saying. That dude is probably a better salesmen than he is a fitness trainer, and that's saying allot I think. Anyway I wound up purchasing the program and I was amazed at what I had found.

Not amazed at the results, but amazed that I had found what appeared to be mostly original material, and the material seemed to be mostly all geared towards me and my boney butt. To make a long story short the program worked. Period. It worked and I started seeing really impressive results in a pretty short time as well. Right now I'm weighing in at a whopping 173 pounds. I'd say it's probably almost all muscle. I'm pretty pleased with myself and I even ended up dumping my fat-ass girlfriend to move onto something a little more of my status. Yeah, I'm sort of an arrogant ass but if you got your body to where mine is and others like it then you probably would be too. Trust me, I was always modest- it's pretty easy to be humble when you're a skinny dweeb. Anyways, thanks for allowing me to boast and tickle my ego a little bit. But if you're interested in this particular system you can grab some free reports I'll leave with you and check out a review of his program. I wish you all the best of luck in your body building program seeking endeavors!

Now, Click Here <--- As of May 29th '09 this was rated the #1 program for bodybuilding and has been exclusively featured in Men's Fitness Magazine and Maximum Fitness Magazine.
