Blog Post Writing - 5 Great Steps to Optimize Your Copies

As a blogger, you're not only writing for your readers but for search engines as well. You would want your blog to appear on the top 10 search page results as much as possible, right? Here's how you can make that happen:

1. Let's start with your titles. You need to make sure that your titles start with the main keyword that you're targeting (just like what I did in this article). Through this, you can easily alert the search spiders about the content of your blog posts. Ensure that you only use your keywords once on this part otherwise, your blog posts might be rejected and might not be indexed.

2. Use keywords. Don't forget to use your keywords on your content. As much as possible, you want these words to appear on each of your paragraphs (those that contain 100 words or more). Place them either on the first or last sentences.

3. Use latent semantic indexing technique. Identify the words that are synonymous to the keywords or keyphrases that you're targeting. For example, if you're using "affordable eye wear" you can also use "inexpensive eye wear." They carry the same meaning but they will not make your articles sound redundant.

4. Build internal links. As you're posting your content on your own blog, feel free to create inbound links that will take your readers to other pages of your blog. Just make sure that the other pages contain relevant information to promote further reading.

5. Keyword density. Use just the right amount of keywords on your blog posts. You should only use the terms that you're targeting once or twice for every 100 words.
