If you travel to Birmingham, you will see that it is a city that is located in England. It can be found sitting in the western midlands. The general population is one of the highest in England and one of the major cities of the country. The area was made for coal and iron working back in the 16th century.

During the English civil war, you will find that the town was a major military advantage to have, because of the small arms that's made there in Birmingham. The old gun quarter was the place they made all the guns and small arms. The growth of the town was at its full point when the industrial revolution came to the town of Birmingham.

Birmingham grew to be one of the largest cities in Europe, because of the Industrial revolution bringing more factories and more income to the city. During the World War two, you will find that the war was a problem to the town, because it was the cause of most the buildings in town for being destroyed.

If you check near the town centre, you will find that the centenary square is one of the most visited areas in town. The centenary square has been recently made and so has the millennium place. There has been a lot of restoring going on throughout the years and most of the canals have been rebuilt to be structured to last. The old streets and buildings have been fixed for further use and keeping the historical view.

The World War two was a big problem for many buildings, because this was once a war zone for many great battles. Many bombings were done to the town, which means more money was put to the city for recovering and rebuilding. You can see many buildings that still stand that lived from the bombings in World War two.
