When you have got a number of ideas down you should start to think about the order and tone. A good example would be to mix in some emotional and touching stories with some good jokes. Make sure they are not going to offend people but something that everyone can appreciate.

Also be sure not to focus only on the groom. Most bestman speeches avoid mentioning the bride but if you can tell some stories about the couple then you will have the whole audience paying attention.

The speech is something you really need to get right so make sure you prepare in advance and make the effort as the bride and groom and their families will genuinely appreciate you for it.
