If you play around with the numbers a little, you can get an idea of how many calories you need to be taking in each day to lose the fat you want to lose.

Method 4

This is slightly out of the ordinary, but is definitely one of the best ways to burn fat - take up an intense sporting activity, and do it in concentrated bursts. So if you are a hoopaholic, go to your local court and give yourself 5 minutes to make as many end to end layups as possible. That's a whole lot of running and jumping, and you can keep a count of how many you make and try to beat it next time. The exertion and the concentration will have the calories burning like you wouldn't believe.
