During cold weather, do not just rush in to shops to purchase your own thermostat. It is best if you buy a thermostat that can be programmed to different temperature so that you can just either raise or lower the temperature depending on your needs. It is also a great idea if you use ceiling fans from time to time to help you warm the home environment. The ceiling fan will help send out the heat that is trapped into the whole room.
