Green Tea is one of the many all-natural super foods we have available in almost unlimited quantities. It is well known for its high levels of antioxidants, which can lower cholesterol, blood pressure, and assist in weight loss. There has also been significant research linking Green Tea to the reduced risk of cancer and blood diseases. However, the benefits of tea are unlimited, and many of the benefits people aren't even aware of. Here are just a few:

Although drinking tea has numerous health benefits, it can be harmful to unborn children when drank in quantity. Pregnant women should avoid drinking large amounts of Green Tea because it may cause the baby to be born with a folic acid deficiency.
