The Bender Ball is a relatively small ball, about the size of your head, and you'll find that what it does is enhance your workout, particularly when it comes to crunches.

For people who are looking for more defined abs, stronger obliques and the chance to burn fat more effectively, you'll find that the Bender Ball might be something that you are interested in. 1. How do you use a Bender Ball?

Essentially, when you go to do a crunch, you'll slide the Bender Ball underneath your body, at the small of your back. For the most part, when you are doing crunch, the most that you can hope to get is an inclination that is about at 30 degrees or less. With a Bender Ball in place, you will be able to get an inclination of upwards of fifty to sixty degrees, which helps you work your muscles more thoroughly and extensively.
