You need t commit yourself with the job. It is not a simple job where in you sit in your office the whole day. it will take a lot of talking, negotiating, field works and others. You need to always comply with work and sure you can do them. Focus on what you want for the business. If you want to make it big, then you need a lot of hard work for it.
