One day, you may find your PC is working fine. It boots up properly. Sometimes, it generates an error message while you are performing a lot of tasks. You may see errors at boot time. One of these errors is Boot-Time Error messages.
Most of the error messages are produced by the system BIOS, responsible for most of the functions of starting the boot. Other error messages are operating system specific. An error message can be produced by several parts of the system. It depends on how far into the boot process before it is produced.
There are thousands of individual error messages. Some of them are common than the others for there are only few BIOS companies that we use to our PC nowadays. However, there are a lot of variations since it can be changed due to manufacturer's motherboard.
Let us list down the five common Run Time errors that you may see on your PC. There are responding error codes and solutions that serves as a guide for troubleshooting as well.
• Out of memory - this has an error code 7. This issue can be used when the computer does not meet the system requirements or too much memory is already used for the program to run. If your computer meet the requirements, try to reinstall the program to make it sure it's not an issue with the program installation.
• Division by Zero - this has an error code 11. This is a problem with a math formula in the program or program codes. You have to verify that no software updates are available for program causing the error.
• File Already Exist - it has an error code 58. This is a program error about the latest updates. You just have to verify the latest updates on the program. If updated, try reinstalling the program. You need to contact your software developer if the same error appears again.
• Disk not ready - This is under error code 71 - You need to verify if the proper rights to the location you are attempting to install the program.
• DLL is not supported - this has an error code 1025. This issue is caused with a bad installation or caused by another program that has been replaced to DLL programs. You have to close all programs and try installing the program again.
* You have to consult your owner's manual regarding some unusual messages. That is to ensure if your manufacturer means the same thing on with their messages that other companies do. Have their error codes and possible solutions together to troubleshoot easily. Finally, consult a software developer to prevent more problems.
