Figure out when you are at your best and so when it is that you can actually do your best work. Try to arm yourself an office environment. I do not mean to put a soundtrack of ringing phones or people typing.
#2 - Ask members of your household to help out in the work that you do. I have had to be in many meetings where service providers fail to take note and you just respond with something not the same. Ask for the help you need to use.
Your family can be your work team in as much as your co-workers would be at work. Whenever I'm cloudy with some project (can not be good to be watching the same thing for 5 hours straight), I got on the bike, or take a walk for 45 minutes.
#3 - Don't bring work home with you when you are not actually in your work day. This way you can leave the room and leave and work in reverse, when you enter this place you're going to work. Leisure, better to have it outside the workplace and to help you better enjoy your free time and perform better at your job.
#4 - Take the time off that you need to, including weekends and holidays. One of the disadvantages that are often found in practically every home is that few are prepared for these functions, making it necessary to occupy a room that is no longer used or intended for other activities.
You must find the balance between work and life. Always put your family before the work world especially when you are working at home. Seek balance in your work and life will tend to come when it is important.
