Many parents approach having a baby without having any specific wishes other than that the baby shall be healthy. Nothing else really matters most. However, I have to say it - it takes a while until you find out and what then? What if it is the "wrong" gender that your future baby has? You cannot just turn the clock back and start over. While I think it might be worthwhile to try some of the basic ideas about baby gender prediction when trying to conceive, I personally think that a couple should not go overboard with their attempts of having a baby with a certain gender. In the end mother nature will make the decision anyway. For me the most important thing is that a baby is healthy.
