Infuse a tablespoon of the mix of herbs with half a liter of boiling water and leave the tincture to brew for 20-30 minutes. Decant it and drink it twice a day according to the following guidelines. Add a teaspoon of honey to a glass of warm decoction and drink it in the evening before going to bed. In the morning warm up 2 glasses of the decoction and add honey. Drink the tincture half an hour or an hour before breakfast on an empty stomach. Perform the procedure till the whole decoction is used.
