An interesting study was recently released documenting that consumers who over wash their face exhibit signs of aging, before those that wash normally. A combination of what products consumers use to wash their face and the number of times that they wash daily is directly related to the speed at which these consumers' skin ages. For the obvious reason consumers worldwide are taking the time to re-examine just what they use on their face and how often they do so. The author takes a closer look at consumers who over wash their face resulting in premature aging.
As you can imagine, what you wash your face with plays a huge role in premature aging, especially if it is over used. For those in the industry, soaps are a distant memory; but to many consumers out there it is still very much a part of everyday face washing. This would be a good idea to stop. It's not that all soaps are bad for your skin, but certainly an over use of them can lead to drying and premature wrinkles. The best idea is to make sure that you look at a high quality therapeutic facial cleanser. They do not cost too much, and the nutrients, nourishment and anti aging treatment are the perfect combination with the cleansing ingredients.
Finding the right therapeutic facial cleanser is not very hard. The best way to do this is to start with a simple search of the best wrinkle creams. Once the top three companies or so have been identified search out which companies offer an anti aging facial cleanser to consumers. Choose the brand that does use that cleanser each and every day or as directed. Using these therapeutic facial cleansers is all the change the you need, but be careful about the amount of times that you wash per day.
Washing your face more than 6-7 times a day is considered excessive. While exceptions can certainly be made the sheer amount of washing can hurt the skin. For many consumers the problem is not just what they wash their face with but also the condition of the water that they wash with. Hard water, soft water; they can both interact with different skin types differently and cause any number of effects of the skin. If you wash your face the normal amount of times, this is not a concern. But when wash counts get as high as 6 or more times per day the accumulation can takes its toll.
If you find that you suffer from this behavior do not worry, a simple rejuvenation process can bring your skin back around to health. Therapeutic facial cleansers can be part of that process for you. Washing your face is not a bad thing, but over drying, stripping and over exfoliation can lead to severe wrinkling and a grey foggy complexion. Do yourself a favor, use the right cleansers and count the times you wash, if you feel oily, perhaps the cleanser you use is not doing a good enough job. Follow these steps and you can not only find the right cleanser but also save your skin from the damage you are inflicting on it daily.
