Like everything about the world and about life, building up something is hard and time consuming but destruction is instantaneous. You built your love brick by brick like a bird building up a nest slowly, patiently and arduously. But a storm will destroy it instantly. Second thing is to clean up. After a severe destruction, one obvious step before you start rebuilding is to clean up the debris. Throw away the broken pieces of your love life. There is no point in holding on to useless debris. The attitude to adopt is to let go. No amount of crying over spilled milk can bring back even a single drop of that milk.

The third and final step is to rebuild. But you need to think. Will you rebuild a building destroyed by a tornado the same way it was built earlier?
