It's a well known fact that when you let on that you want something real bad, it becomes even more difficult to get it. And this is especially true when it comes to relationships.

It rarely works if you run around after your ex, trying to beg and plead for another chance. If anything, you need to go in the other direction - make your ex think you're finished with the relationship and looking for newer pastures where the grass is greener, so to speak.

So where is it greener? Well simply put, it's greener on the envious and jealous side of town. Make your ex jealous, and then you will be able to get your ex back easily! Here is how:

Step #1: Act like you are having an absolute blast and aren't affected by the breakup -

• You can start by pretending that you're enjoying life without your ex, and you're no longer miserable about the breakup. Get a makeover, some new clothes and a new and positive attitude. Turn on the charm and start dazzling everyone in sight.
• Flaunt your stuff before your ex, and let your ex think that you're looking for someone else. The combination of your new killer persona and the thought of losing you to someone else will drive your ex mad with jealousy and straight back into your arms.

Step #2: Make it all extra spicy by dating your ex's friend -
• Stage two would actually involve some heavy duty flirting with one of your ex's close friends. It would be bad enough that you're moving on from the relationship, but it gets a lot worse for your ex if the new replacement is a close friend.

• That's a virtual guarantee that your ex will do something to kill your new relationship, and that involves - in one way or another - having to get back with you.

Step #3: Be Sneaky & burn your ex with jealousy -

• Another way would be to hit your ex at strategic locations. You should know all the places your ex likes to hang out at - clubs, restaurants, parks, social gatherings, etc. Arrange to be at one of these places with a friend, and make sure you're there before your ex.

• When your ex arrives, act like you're happy and surprised, but don't send out any 'I miss you so much' signals. Just make some small talk, be nice and make sure to mention that you're concerned about your ex, what with the breakup and all, and add that you're sorry for any pain or hurt caused.

Step #4: Keep these things in mind -

• In closing, before you get back to your friend, add that you'd like to have a chat, and maybe you could call and the two of you could get together for a chat or something. There's no way your ex can refuse, and you have the chance for a 1-on-1 where you can make the pitch to get back in.

• Lastly, you could also try to fuel jealousy via indirect communication. Manage to 'bump' into a few of your ex's close friends and/or family members. Tell them that you're looking to get past the breakup and looking for a new relationship. Make sure you mention that you would rather have kept the relationship going.

When you ex find out you're in the market, but you'd rather be back with the ex, you have a very good chance of getting in again.
