Nowadays, many American and European individuals as well as companies in the business have started out-sourcing to Pakistan. It can be argued that since there are less people with Internet here than in India, there is much fiercer competition and that produces higher quality work. In fact, there is as much competition between writers here for good work as anywhere, in spite of or even because of, the fact that the Internet is not so widespread.

Ultimately, it is about experience, however, and it is best to see for one's self the difference in quality that one gets when hiring a Pakistani freelance writer.
