One of the most common, and debilitating symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks is dizziness. Different levels of dizziness can affect different people on different levels, but the one thing that is for sure is that it's no fun and can be quite frightening, especially if you are driving.
Those that do get dizziness symptoms don't even realize it's due to anxiety or panic attacks. Many other things can cause dizziness including a blood rush if you stand up too quickly, heat exhaustion, low blood sugar, and other medical problems.
One of the more common reasons why people get dizzy is because of panic/anxiety issues. Do you feel like there is an impending doom about to happen all the time? Or suddenly start feeling like you're going to pass out? These are both common symptoms of these sort of attacks.
There are all natural treatments you can use to get through these attacks, but to get you started here is something you can do in the moment to help make it pass as quickly as possible.
BREATHE!
Having personally suffered from panic attacks in the past, I can tell you the first thing that I forget to do when I started getting dizzy was to breathe. This is very very important and if you focus on your breathing you are going to find that you are going to feel better much quicker. Breathing properly is going to give your head oxygen and help you get back to normal quicker.
Sit Down, or Pull Over.
I can't tell you how many times I was driving and I got a dizzy spell. Undoubtedly the worst timing to get dizzy from a panic attack, the best thing to do is to pull over or if you aren't driving just sit down and focus on your breathing. If somehow you do pass out you don't want to be standing as you can risk hurting yourself if you hit your head or other parts of your body.
Panic attacks can be beaten, you just have to know the all natural remedies.
