This tropical treatment has reported to have side effects like redness and scaling of the skin. Your dermatologist is the best person to advise on the concentration of the Retin A to be used.
Medical removal
Usually carried out be a certified dermatologist, skin removal methods like peeling, freezing and laser treatments are used to get rid of age spots totally. Due to the advanced in technology, such operations not painful as thought, and carries little risks of scarring. Results can be seen in a short couple of weeks. However, be prepared to pay more as these sorts of treatment tend to be pricier than the others.
