Advice For the Quickest Weight Loss You Have Ever Seen!

The question, most people have with the word "diet" is that it has so many different meanings to so many different people. Some people think diet means one thing, eat less. To others this may mean what type of food you eat. What it really mean is food, what ever you eat is your diet, be it good or bad. Your diet depends on you life style. If you eat the wrong foods at the wrong times, you will have many other problems. If you ever notice that people of different geoponics have body frame that are allot alike. That's not to say, people in China are not fat or that there are no slim Mexican people. That's not what I saying, what I am saying is that, most of the overweight countries, like America, eat foods rich with sugar and are process to death. People who don't eat any process food, will never and can not get fat. If you ever watch shows that show people who catch and kill their own food, are not fat. They may not have the best looking bodies, (that's a whole story in its self) but they are not fat. Another problem with being overweight, is your health. Health problems is the most harmful to over weight people in the USA. The Biggest problem is that most Americans can't help but eat process food either because of the cost or their location.
Eat more lose more

People who try to lose weight and fail some times go about it the wrong way and may not know this one fact. You can eat what you want and still lose weight. Allot of people don't know this or think that it's some sort of trick, and does not make sense. Or they never herd of such a thing. But it is true. There is a way you can eat, depending on how much you eat now, double what you eat and burn fat like crazy. I learn this really by accident because of my job, and how I had to work.

I work for the city, and being in that field of work, unless you have been there for 10 or more years, you work some real funky hours. You can some time work from 7 am to 9 or 10 pm. So as you can imagine, you eat allot of fast food. The problem with this is that fast food, no matter how you cut it, is very unhealthy. Most fast food restaurateur try to put healthy food in their menus, but most of their sells are unhealthy foods and in the long run, can kill you.

Out with the old in with new

First let me say, I tried many different diets to get my belly back and have some abs. I tried the no carb thing for a long time. It did work, I lost like 30 lb real quick, the only thing about that diet is that, I LOVE CARBS!! So I keep slipping back and forth with that and gave up. Could not keep that up, and yes, I gain it all back. I tried this thing call: The truth about abs. The title got my attention. They have a totally different way do lose weight then I have ever heard of.

Putting it all together

The system works by cutting down on you sugar and increasing how much you eat. Now, if your like me, the first part makes sense but eat more? That sounded crazy, that would make me gain more weight, right? But, It's not really how much you eat but when. You eat more times during the day. I had got to the point of eating many small meals during the day. In fact, I was eating so much, I was almost never hungry. And yes, I did lose weight quick, and I mean allot. There is a part about foods, that you think are healthy, that are really making you fatter. All the foods they mention, I had in my cabinet. You know, like whole wheat, I thought that was good to eat, WRONG!!! Whole wheat is better then white, but it is the same for the most part. Also, did you know there are foods that help burn belly fat? Ya, I did not know that either. Oh, and did you know, abs work out are the worst thing you can do. I am not a work out freak, I don't have time so working out every day, was out. This is different, only light work outs, every other day. Not long at all, very easy maybe 10 or 15 minuets every two days. I did not even do that, I would work out maybe ever 3 days, I'm lazy. To tell the truth, I really don't think I needed to work out at all. But if you want abs, and to burn fat fast, that will speed things up. I started that program maybe, about 4 month ago. Right now my weight is 165 - 160 lbs, I jump back and fourth between that but never go over. In fact I don't eat very much at all now. I eat small meals during the day after 6 or 7pm I am not hungry at all.

Rap it up

I love this program, I just had to share it with any one who wants to look good, and take there shirt off for no reason (LOL). My girl friend talks about me, she be saying: why are you taking off your shirt? It is not that hot. I finally got her on the program, this is her 3rd week, and she lost 9lbs. In fact she lost 5 in the first week. I had to tell her: it's all good as long as you don't take your shirt off.
