You've surely experienced the discomfort of an unusually hot day when you sweat heavily. How would you feel is this happened to you all the time? At first, you can try some over the counter remedies to see if these help control your sweating. If you don't have success with any of these, you should visit a doctor to find a more sophisticated solution. You can have a normal life; it might just take a little bit of time to figure out how to make it happen.
