Advanced Ab Exercises For Six Pack Abs

There comes a time when you are working out that you need to know some more advanced ab exercises for your routine. I am going to explain to you what you need to know when it comes to advanced ab exercises and give you a couple of examples.

Even the name says advanced ab exercises, anyone can do the exercises that are more advanced. The truth is that what we consider to be more advanced will be required to get the results that you are after in the first place, so I recommend starting with things different than regular crunches and sit-ups.

When it comes to getting a flat stomach or even six pack abs, you need to know that you cannot burn fat off of your belly just by working the muscles underneath. You need to know what kind of diet to follow in order to boost your metabolism and get rid of that fat so that you can see the results you are getting.

So, now that you know a couple of facts about getting a flat mid section, lets get into a couple of those advanced exercises.

Ab Ball Crunch

1. Just like a crunch that you would normally do on the floor, you need to start on an ab ball.

2. Make sure you are centered on top of the ball.

3. Keep your feet flat on the floor.

4. Start your crunches on the ab ball.

5. You should notice a lot more resistance than regular crunches.

Hip Raises

1. Lay flat on the floor with your arms down by your side.

2. Raise your legs straight up forming a close 90 degree angle with your body.

3. Raise your hips straight up as far as you can.

4. Return to the start position and repeat.

5. After a few of these you will feel the burn

Now, these exercises are just a start to what you need to be doing to get a great looking mid section. There are several other advanced ab exercises that you need to be doing to make a complete routine.

You also need to know what you will be eating and how to properly diet so that you get rid of belly fat. All of the exercises in the world will not do any good if you have fat hiding the results. Even a small amount will hide the ab muscles.
