Absconding From an Employer

Young employees of India and many other developing countries have this tendency of absconding from their current employer for a better opportunity.

This would spoil their career image, and it is unethical. To the surprise of these kids, employers share the information of these untrusted employees with a common database. The logic of the employers here is the common database created would be shared by a group of companies and would be used as part of back ground verification.

Kids, don't listen to your friends or family members for short benefits. Be ethical and communicate with your employer for proper relieving.

In the first two months of joining a new employer, it would be possible to realise whether you are the right person for the role and the organization. And also, there are cases of what you are requested to do is different than what you have been promised while the interview. Have email communications with your HR and BU heads, and discuss to fill the gaps. Do not just abscond.

And the employees who joined for an entry opportunity are requested to write a bond. Remember that you would be providing the organization a blank cheque which is a post dated. Here intention of the organization is not to encase your money, but to track you legally if you have absconded.

DO NOT BREAK THE BOND WITHOUT LEGITIMATE AND ETHICAL COMMUNICATION.

Many people say 'World is Small'. People will realise when they get caught in this sort of situations.

Have a Happy and Prosperous Career.
