Abs to Drool For - Getting Ripped 6 Packs Abs!

The conception goes that you can get those lovely six packs abs in just a month if you can do a million crunches. Not really Even if you do 10 million in a month unless you know what you are eating. (You most likely will get more than a good set of six packs abs if you can do a million though). The easier way to get six packs abs with minimum time invested consists of understanding 2 major parts.

Your Food / Diet

No matter how much and what you do, if you are not going to get rid of all the food you eat and loose those extra calories then you are going to accumulate more. Understand the basics of your physique. Once you work out, you burn the fat, but once you chew those extra fat you are going to accumulate it again. Eating healthy is important. Reduce your fatty foods if you don't want to accumulate more fat. Eat more Veggies and Fiber.

Your Fat Loss Exercise

Fat loss exercises and Cardio are very important before you do any other work out. A good sprint and jog mix of approximately one hour a day could burn fat and loose more of that Flab than a set of crunches done for the one whole hour unless you are freaking psyched.

For a great Ripped abs it's important that you loose all your extra fat first, specifically in your abdominal area. Get yourself to a cardio program for 2 straight weeks jogging for at least one good hour 3 -4 times a week. Once you complete your 2 weeks you can start off with Heavy crunches (Crunches With additional weight on your chest) to boost up your work out. Always make sure that you do a set of 50-100 crunches every day after your cardio with or without weight. Adding weight will get your abs to bulge and look great.

It's simple. Eat more veggies and less fat food. Get more cardio programs daily and follow it up with simple Crunches. Spend the first month purely for losing fat if you should. The Ripped 6 packs Abs can be built later too once you are off with that flab, though it would be great if you can work out your abs immediately after your cardio.
