The weight loss plan that I am about to reveal to you can be used in a multitude of different circumstances. Maybe you are someone who wants to lose a few pounds this summer, and you want to lose it fast. Or perhaps you are someone who is dead serious about losing a lot of weight, and keeping it off for a long time. The reasons are endless for losing weight, and to be honest it doesn't really matter where you stand. This particular plan of losing weight can work for anyone under one small condition. You must be motivated to lose weight. Motivation is one of the most important aspects of weight loss, and this particular plan is no different.

So What Is It?

The name of this dieting plan is calorie shifting. The reason why this diet program is so effective is because it is all natural. It requires absolutely no supplements, pills, or whatever other kind crap many other diets shove down your throat. Calorie shifting is pretty amazing in regards to how it actually helps a person lose weight. A person loses weight by EATING when following the diet plan of calorie shifting. Weight loss has now become delicious. Who would have thought?

This is possible because you will be eating foods that cause your body to burn fat afterward. You see, there are to things that can happen after you eat food. Fat is either stored or burned depending on what exactly you ate. The types of calories that you consume will constantly shift in order to take advantage of this principal. You will be burning fat much more often than storing it, resulting in the rapid loss of weight.

The most amazing thing about this method is that it is entirely passive. As long as you follow the meal plan you are bound lose weight within a week. In fact, it is possible to lose 9 lbs every 11 days with this method of dieting. And while I do refer to this as a diet, technically it isn't. You will still be eating 4 meals a day. This is as easy as it gets, and believe me fatloss is not easy. One might even call it fatloss for idiots.

How would you feel if I told you that you also had to run 2 miles a day in addition to following this method of dieting? Oh don't worry, physical exercise isn't necessary with this technique of losing weight. I was just curious as to what your response would be. All humor aside, you really don't have to exercise to achieve fatloss as long as you follow this diet correctly.

Calorie shifting makes it possible to lose weight by eating. If that isn't passive weight loss then I don't know what is!
