1. Spend the first couple of minutes choosing your topics. It's important for you to make sure that you're at least familiar with your topics as you would want to avoid doing extensive research. Also, ensure that your topics are interesting to your target audience and that they'll serve your purpose. For example, if you're using articles to showcase your expertise, you must go with topics that will help you showcase your in-depth knowledge in your chosen niche.
2. Brainstorm. Spend 1-2 minutes writing down all your thoughts and ideas. At this point, it really doesn't matter if you commit mistakes. Your goal is to put everything into writing. After that, choose only those information that are extremely important and those that you really need to effectively discuss your chosen topics. To keep your articles short, limit the major points that you're going to discuss. 3-5 points should be enough.
3. Create an outline. Once you've figured all the things that you're going to discuss, creating an outline will become a piece of cake. Just arrange your thoughts and ideas in a logical manner. Keep in mind that you must present the most important data at first so you can keep your readers interested.
4. Write your articles. Start writing your articles. Make sure that you concentrate all throughout to avoid wasting even a single minute. Be very straightforward and avoid inserting fillers anywhere on your articles. Focus on things that you've listed on your outline and avoid going off on tangents so you can keep your articles relatively shorter.
