I would always recommend a Aconitum Cammarun 'Bicolor' which is also known as Monkshood-Bicolor or Wolfsbane which is a perennial. This flower is truly beautiful and delicate; it produces loose panicles of flowers on a branch which arches upwards. The shape of each individual flower is that of a helmet. The colouring is a pale blue with white streaks throughout the flower. The lower part of the flowers colour is an intense blue.
