Learning how to recruit new business owners and how to help those recruits to succeed as business owners, will be a great indicator for how you are doing in your business. Network marketing recruiting, the #1 most important indicator of your success is very easy to do when you have the training, tools and expectations in place that will allow you to be successful.
Learning to grow your business will have three branches. You will learn about the products, the customers, and recruiting. Communication is very important as well as the ability to listen to what people are saying. Recruiting people who are highly motivated are very easy to recruit. The challenge will be to keep those recruits active, teach them to be effective recruiters, and help them to grow a successful business.
Most MLM parent companies offer extensive training and tools for new business owners. The training provided by companies that have a long history in this industry cover the many aspects of growing a business and is normally divided into easy to follow steps.
When an individual wants to work full time growing their business and take every opportunity to expand their wealth and growth, they are able to get detailed steps that show how many people will need to be recruited each week to make that goal and the amount of sales that will need to be made. A person who wants to work part time will also receive similar steps that have been individualized to meet their needs.
You will learn early in your business that there are marketers who are going to be successful and wealthy following a business plan that has been proven that includes recruiting. There will also be marketers who join the MLM because they want to "get rich quick" and they will burn brightly then burn out quickly. These individuals usually seek leads from every resource available. They do not care if the names on a list are interested in starting a business or purchasing a product, they was the names and will call each person on the list. These marketers normally spend several hundred dollars on lead lists and other efforts to collect "names." But, a very wealthy MLM company owner who began as a small MLM home business person once stated, "Working smart will always make you more money than working numbers." This statement says it all about the wasted time and money that a person can spend when they are focused on collecting names.
Your goals with creating a list of leads or contacts is to have the names and contact information of people who are legitimately interested in starting their own business. They have the same goals as you have, to make money, and they are willing to work for that goal. If you goal is to get wealthy and stay that way, you will want "active" recruits who are going to be as motivated as you are and are just looking for the right person with the right product to get them going.
When you are doing your internet marketing and include forms for people to complete who are interested in starting a business, you will be building a list of contacts that are "interested." You will not be contacting a random list of names that may have been "phished" who will not respond well to your contact and certainly aren't interested in an MLM business opportunity.
Active recruits are going to be very important and growing a list of people interested and motivated in your business is going to help you to grow your business quickly. Doing some research and knowing the methods for developing and maintaining a list of potentially "active" recruits will be the key to assuring network marketing recruiting, the #1 most important indicator of your success is actually valid.
