Launching a new product can sometimes be as overwhelming a task as developing and manufacturing the product itself. However, if you want to be successful with your product, the launch is the first important step. Here are eight key ways to quick product launching.

1. Maintain focus. Make this launch a special event at your company, and let other brands and products take a back seat for awhile.

2. Special demonstrations. Invite people you think would purchase the product to a special reception or demonstration. Make it exclusive to them only.

3. Attend events. Find conferences and conventions where your product will be welcomed, even if it isn’t released yet. Start your quick product launching months in advance by creating hype.

4. Talk to everyone. Whenever you have a conversation with someone, you and your sales staff should find a way to work the product name in, even if the person you’re talking to may not be interested in it--he or she may know someone who is.

5. Spread the word. Whenever possible, take opportunities to give speeches about related items and make your product the focus of the speech. Make your quick product launching thorough as well.

6. Media parties. Hold several champagne receptions for the media, and get them the first press release on the product. After the party, continue to send them releases. Keep your product name in front of them.

7. Plan B. Just in case the release date is missed, have a backup plan and have the press statements already written.

8. Press releases on all media. Make sure you cover all traditional media, plus the internet on your quick product launching.
