The main guide contains just a little less than 100 pages of exercise and diet instructions. The package also includes bonus videos that demonstrate how to carry out the workout routines listed in the main guide.

2. The Basic Idea Of The 7 Minute Muscle System

The idea of this muscle building system is that it does not take a long time every day in order to build muscles quickly. Longer time periods are more necessary for endurance training, but muscle building can actually be accomplished with much lesser time per day, as long as it is done with the right weights and frequency.

Completing all the routines inside the guide within 7 minutes every day might be harder if you are just starting out. I used to take more than 10 minutes when I first started to use and familiarize myself with the system. However, I can do everything now easily in under 7 minutes a day.
