6 Important Keys to Building Muscle Mass

Building muscle mass is a common goal among men everywhere. But sometimes you can't help but wonder why your not as big as that other guy. Well there could be a few steps your missing.

Let's look at how to bulk up the right way.

1. Getting the most from your lifting is one way to build more lean muscle. What this means is combining more weight with the speed or force at which you lift. Force helps build more muscle mass.

2. Don't do too much cardio while on a bulk, if your a super hardgainer, don't do any, if your a little bigger, do some to keep excess fat away.

3. Always remember to use free weights wherever possible, this will add meat on your bones far faster than any machine ever possibly could.

4. Include health supplements like creatine and glutamine in your diet. Dietary supplements encourage muscle growth and therefore help increase your muscle mass.

5. Consume tons of fish, turkey, steak and chicken as this will aid your muscles in recovery!

6. Workout hard and then rest. Whenever you push yourself to do more it will give you a boost. Improve your weight and reps within reason until your muscles are extremely fatigued. Remember to take slow days and give your body an opportunity to recover. You may actually fail to build muscles if you don't allow time for rest.

Work hard, rest hard, and eat hard, that's about all there is to building muscle mass!
