1) Your teacher penalized you for copying your friend's work during an exam. He did that for a reason. So that you would not repeat the same mistake of copying others' works in Article Writing.

2) Don't over promise on something, and make sure that you work hard to get the facts right. When your teacher saw a school project work that had half baked facts, he knew. Yes, a teacher might just be reading your article.

3) Let the reader read in peace. Why do we avoid the insurance agent friend like a plague? Because every time he sees us, he wants to sell us something. There is a time for learning, a time for idle chat, and a time for selling. Keep the selling at your website.

4) Get to the point. Your teachers set a word limit for your essays right? They needed time for their families instead of reading your 100 page essays that you wrote right? Readers nowadays are busy, so keep to article lengths to about 400 words.

5) You learned grammar and spelling in 1st to 6th grade. Your teachers expected you to remember them throughout your growing years, and especially in your written work. So remember your grammar and spelling when you write your articles.

6) Finally, give your readers something of value. Give them a message. Your written work need to have a point, and you don't want the reader to go round in circles and be confused by your article. Inspire, educate and inform them. Make them a better person after reading your article.
