5 Ways to Start Believing in Yourself

As a SELF IMAGE SPECIALIST I help people overcome their barriers or limitations that hold them back from being all that they can be. Where SELF IMAGE is concerned there is predominately 5 things that hold people back from believing in THEMSELVES.

1. Fear of...
2. Guilt
3. Deserving
4. Not worthy
5. Change

Most of my clients identify that in regards to 'Fear' their emotion is connected to 'Fear of Failure' and in line with that thought how they will be perceived by others if they fail.

In regards to 'Guilt' my clients state that they feel this emotion because of things that have happened in their past, that they thought they were reconciled with but show itself when working towards a goal. Some issues of 'Guilt' relate to some of the following feeling:

o Guilty for the amount of time spent at work/business and not with family
o Guilt about thoughts/words or actions taken out against someone/thing
o Guilt about not achieving goals in the past, and more

Most, if not all my clients feel that they don't really deserve what they want in life because they think they are "not a good person" or they think only rich, famous people deserve to be rich, famous people. Deserving is closely followed by "Not being Worthy", not being worthy of being happy, not being worthy of being successful, not being worthy of having a great relationship and when we get down to the nitty gritty in most circumstances it comes back to "I'm not a good person, or I'm not good enough".

Whilst I've listed "Change" as number 5, it is actually the most common response I get from my clients of one of the major barriers to stop them from achieving. Such things as:

o I want things to change, but I don't want to change
o I'm scare that if I change my friends won't like me
o I like my comfort zone
o I've made changes before and it didn't work

As a SELF IMAGE SPECIALIST I use Emotional Freedom Technique to help people overcome their barriers. The CAUSE of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. Get rid of the disruption and the barriers that are holding you back will disappear, this I can guarantee!
