Place adverts for your ebook on classified sites, be sure to include your link or even add a buy now button if possible.

Probably the best advice i can give on how to sell an ebook is to recruit affiliates. They will promote your ebook full time in order to earn a commission. You can do a lot of work on your own, but many hands make light work, and some affiliates will know traffic generation methods that you will not. Recruit as many as you can.
